The second layer is purple crinoline for a full skirt, lined in hot pink satin for itch-free play. Winner of the Platinum Oppenheim Best Toy Award.

The Tulle style is purple and hot pink tulle with a polka dotted ribbon sewn through, lined with satin for itch-free wear. One size fits most three to six year olds. Three AAA batteries included.
