Our Policies

Ordering

Orders can be made online with our secure shopping cart. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, or direct debit from your checking account. All credit cards are processed through PayPal.

If, for any reason, an item is on order or out of stock, we will promptly inform you.

Please note that we ship within the continental United States only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping

We ship through UPS or through the US Postal Service, depending on the size and weight of your order. Items in stock will be shipped within 2 business days. If an item is on order and expected soon, we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives at no additional cost to you and we will notify you of any delay. In order to save our environment, we will try to recycle shipping boxes and packing materials, so while they may not look as pretty, we are saving our trees!

Local Pickup

If you live in Rochester, Minnesota or are coming to the Mayo Clinic and would like to pick up your order there, please call or e-mail us to make arrangements.

If you are searching for a special related item and do not see it on our Web site, please ask us as we would be delighted to try to fulfill your request.

We can order any Madame Alexander Doll or Lee Middleton doll that is available. Lee Middleton dolls will still be shipped the next business day or within 48 hours.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in sellable condition within 15 days for a full refund (minus any shipping charges).
